Startup Canada's CEO, Victoria Lennox, invites entrepreneurs to apply for the Canadian Export Challenge. The Canadian Export Challenge is an initiative in partnership with UPS, Export Development Canada, and the Trade Commissioner Service, to support entrepreneurs to go global.
This program is supported by the Minister of Small Business and Trade, Mary Ng and the Minister of International Trade Diversification, Jim Carr with the goal of providing Canadian entrepreneurs with express access to global growth opportunities.
Women entrepreneurs are encouraged to apply for this opportunity so that they may benefit from the Global Accelerator and future opportunities associated with the program.
As an official Canadian Global Entrepreneur, you will receive:
Exposure to and support from Canada’s export, trade and growth ecosystem;
Free access to a 1-Day Global Accelerator in Toronto, Calgary, Montreal, Halifax orVancouver where you will meet growth partners, increase your export-readiness ratings and graduate to receive a pin and certificate to be on boarded into the global growth network;
The opportunity to win an expense-paid trip to Ottawa to pitch to win $10,000 in cash and$100,000 in support to scale in front of CBC Dragons on the Main Stage at Startup Canada Day on the Hill; and,
